When exams come
Less stress when it matters most.
Exams and entrance tests (SATs, 11+, 13+ Common Entrance, GCSE mocks) measure more than knowledge — they test how a child handles pressure. The soft skills built at Kidgency help children walk into the exam room calmer, and walk out having shown what they really know.
Calmer under pressure
Children learn to manage nerves and stay focused when the stakes feel high.
Able to show what they know
Confidence and clear thinking mean results reflect real ability, not anxiety.
Adaptable when plans change
Unexpected questions and new formats feel less threatening.
Resilient after setbacks
A lower mark becomes a lesson, not a crisis.
Our method
Children don't just listen — they practise.
Today's children grow up in a digital world — constantly interacting, making decisions, navigating social situations. We use a structured, interactive approach where they explore real-life scenarios and learn from the outcomes, in a safe and guided environment.
The Character
Each child creates a digital character — a safe "avatar" for learning.
The Situation
The character is placed in a realistic scenario a child can relate to.
The Choice
The child makes decisions — learning how to think, respond and act.
The Outcome
The child sees natural consequences and reflects on what works.
The Progress
Through repeated practice confidence builds — and the character levels up, unlocking new skills.
Our programme is designed as a step-by-step journey. We begin by helping children connect with others, then build their confidence, teach them to manage conflict and challenges, and gradually prepare them for the real world.

What parents say about Kidgency
“
I'd been looking for something like this for ages. Leo is 9 and was becoming a bit of a hermit, glued to his iPad and quite anxious around new people. After his first module at Kidgency, the change has been brilliant. Just last weekend, he actually went up to a group of boys at the park and asked to join their football game — honestly, a massive milestone for him. He genuinely looks forward to the sessions.

Sent my daughter along with one clear goal: to help her get organised. Since starting secondary school, her homework, clubs and routine had become completely chaotic. I won't say she's turned into a perfect robot overnight, but the progress is fantastic. Kidgency taught them how to use daily planners and manage their time properly. She's now sorting her own revision schedule without us nagging.

The teenage years are no joke, and our 14-year-old had become incredibly short-tempered recently — any boundary resulted in a massive argument. We signed him up for Kidgency's emotional intelligence block. Huge thanks to the mentors; they really know how to connect with teenagers without being patronising. Our son is much calmer now, learning to take a step back before reacting.

Sophia is very creative but used to freeze up whenever she had to speak in front of her class, which was starting to affect her marks. At Kidgency, they did loads of public speaking practice. Last week, she volunteered to lead a presentation for her science class. She told me she just used the breathing techniques she learnt at the academy and felt fine. A massive win for her confidence.

I'm convinced that soft skills are far more important for the future than half the stuff they memorise at school. Daniel did the critical thinking and media literacy course. I was well impressed with the syllabus — they tackled real-world things like spotting fake news and avoiding online gaming scams. He's now debating with me at dinner using actual logic.

I did wonder if 8 was a bit too young to start worrying about soft skills, but the way Kidgency structures it is spot on. It's all game-based and very interactive. Oliver used to take losing terribly — full-on tears and quitting on the spot. The sessions taught him that making mistakes is just part of the learning process. He's definitely showing a lot more resilience now.

Our daughter is a natural leader but it can sometimes cross the line into being a bit bossy, which was causing some friction with her school friends. The teamwork module gave her some much-needed perspective. Chloe came home talking about how they were taught to actively listen to other people's ideas and delegate fairly. She's become more empathetic and collaborative.

I have 11-year-old twins with completely opposite personalities, but Kidgency managed to engage them both perfectly. The organisation is top-notch: the platform is seamless, the challenges are engaging enough that they did them without being asked, and the feedback from the tutors was incredibly detailed. We knew exactly what skills they were working on.

She has worked with children across different countries — as a teacher creating engaging, confidence-building lessons, and as a behavioural therapist supporting children with emotional, behavioural, and developmental needs.

She began teaching online in 2019 and has since worked with major platforms including Native Camp, Novakid, and a specialist tutoring service for Korean learners.
Her students span Asia and Europe, which shaped a flexible, student-centred approach. Naomi focuses on building children's confidence and communication through lessons that are structured enough to make progress visible — and playful enough to keep children looking forward to the next session.
Valeri
Clinical psychologist and educator with 12 years of experience — specialising in emotional regulation, anxiety, and helping children build self-awareness through evidence-based methods.
Valeri holds three degrees — in linguistics, education, and clinical psychology — and 12 years of experience working with children, teenagers, and adults. She is trained in evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and family therapy, with additional specialisation in neuropsychology and developmental processes.
Her practice focuses on emotional regulation, anxiety, and working with children who need a more thoughtful approach — including those with complex or non-standard cases. She designs soft-skills programmes that combine the educator's structure with the psychologist's depth, creating space where children can try, make mistakes, and build real confidence.
