Our method

Children don't just listen — they practise.

Today's children grow up in a digital world — constantly interacting, making decisions, navigating social situations. We use a structured, interactive approach where they explore real-life scenarios and learn from the outcomes, in a safe and guided environment.

The Character

Each child creates a digital character — a safe "avatar" for learning.

The Situation

The character is placed in a realistic scenario a child can relate to.

A B

The Choice

The child makes decisions — learning how to think, respond and act.

The Outcome

The child sees natural consequences and reflects on what works.

LEVEL UP 80%

The Progress

Through repeated practice confidence builds — and the character levels up, unlocking new skills.

Meet the team

The people behind every session.

Naomi, Kidgency teacher
Naomi

Educator with 6+ years online teaching experience at Native Camp and Novakid — working with children across Asia and Europe, with training in psychology and law.

Naomi Chang holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Law from the University of Buea (Cameroon), with additional psychology training and four years of experience in child therapy settings. She began teaching online in 2019 and has since worked with major platforms including Native Camp, Novakid, and a specialist tutoring service for Korean learners.

Her students span Asia and Europe, which shaped a flexible, student-centred approach. Naomi focuses on building children's confidence and communication through lessons that are structured enough to make progress visible — and playful enough to keep children looking forward to the next session.

Elizabeth, Kidgency teacher
Elizabeth

Child psychologist and CBT-trained therapist with 6+ years supporting children in schools, therapy, and online — including children with special educational needs.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with additional qualifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and behavioural support. She has worked with children across different countries — as a teacher creating engaging, confidence-building lessons, and as a behavioural therapist supporting children with emotional, behavioural, and developmental needs.

Her CBT practice extends to teenagers and adults, strengthening resilience, self-esteem, and emotional wellbeing — experience she brings into every session with younger learners. She designs lessons that feel like conversations, meeting each child where they are.

Valeri, Kidgency teacher
Valeri

Clinical psychologist and educator with 12 years of experience — specialising in emotional regulation, anxiety, and helping children build self-awareness through evidence-based methods.

Valeri holds three degrees — in linguistics, education, and clinical psychology — and 12 years of experience working with children, teenagers, and adults. She is trained in evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and family therapy, with additional specialisation in neuropsychology and developmental processes.

Her practice focuses on emotional regulation, anxiety, and working with children who need a more thoughtful approach — including those with complex or non-standard cases. She designs soft-skills programmes that combine the educator's structure with the psychologist's depth, creating space where children can try, make mistakes, and build real confidence.
